This Privacy Policy explains how EINC Advisory ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data you provide through this website. We are a Malaysian accounting and advisory firm operating under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By submitting the contact form or using this site, you consent to the practices described here.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect: your full name, company, phone number, email address, the message you send us, your IP address, and your browser user agent. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.
Why we collect it
Your name, company, phone and email let us reply to your enquiry and identify you in our correspondence. The message helps us understand what you need before we respond. Your IP address and browser user agent are recorded automatically to prevent abuse of the form and to diagnose technical faults.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus the retention period required by Malaysian tax and accounting law. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.
Who can see it
Access is restricted to EINC Advisory staff who need the information to respond to you and to our IT service provider for the sole purpose of maintaining the contact form. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing.
Data security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Staff accounts are individually credentialed and the administration dashboard is not publicly linked. We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for marketing under any circumstances.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of any inaccuracy, and to request deletion where retention is no longer necessary. We will respond to a verified request within 30 days.
