Do you offer cloud-based accounting?
Yes. We use cloud accounting software so you can see your financial position in real time, from anywhere.
Can you help with audit preparations?
Yes. We prepare and organise your records so they are audit-ready and compliant with Malaysian financial regulations. The statutory audit itself is carried out by a separate licensed auditor — we work alongside them, prepare the schedules, and handle their queries on your behalf.
Do you offer monthly accounting packages?
Yes. We offer flexible monthly and yearly packages tailored to your business needs.
Do you offer financial advisory services?
Yes. Beyond compliance work, we advise on budgeting, cash flow planning, cost structure, and financing decisions — using your own figures rather than generic benchmarks.
How can I improve my companyu2019s financial health?
We analyse your financials and suggest cost-saving measures, profit maximisation strategies, and operational efficiencies.
What tax services do you handle?
We handle corporate and personal income tax computation and filing, tax estimates (CP204), withholding tax, and real property gains tax (RPGT). We also represent you in correspondence with LHDN.
When are corporate tax returns due in Malaysia?
Form C must be filed within seven months of your financial year end. Late filing attracts penalties even when no tax is payable, so we track your due dates and prepare well ahead of them.
What is CP204 and do I need to submit one?
CP204 is the estimate of tax payable that companies submit to LHDN, generally 30 days before the basis period begins. Under-estimating by more than 30% attracts a penalty, so the estimate needs to be realistic rather than optimistic.
How does LHDN e-Invoice affect my business?
e-Invoice changes how invoices are reported to LHDN, not the tax itself. The real preparation is data hygiene — buyer TIN records must be complete before your compliance date. We connect e-Invoice to your existing accounting, POS, and payment systems and handle the submissions.
What happens if LHDN raises a query on our tax filing?
We respond on your behalf. We prepare the supporting schedules, explain the treatment applied, and manage the correspondence so you are not dealing with it alone.
Can you assist with company registration?
Yes. We register new businesses in Malaysia and guide you through SSM compliance from incorporation onwards.
What must my Sdn Bhd file with SSM each year?
An annual return within 30 days of the incorporation anniversary, and audited financial statements within six months of the financial year end. We prepare and lodge both.
Can you act as our named company secretary?
Yes. We can be appointed as your company secretary, maintain your statutory registers and minute books, and prepare board and shareholder resolutions.
What happens if we miss an SSM deadline?
SSM imposes late lodgement penalties that grow the longer a filing stays outstanding, and directors can be held personally liable. If you are already late, tell us — we will establish the position and bring the filings current.
